Getting television working shouldn't require an engineering degree.

This guide will walk you through getting your GWN TV service running, whether you choose the GWN TV player or a compatible third-party player.

Written instructions and instructional videos will be available so you can use whichever format works best for you.

Get Your GWN TV Subscription

Before configuring a player, you need an active GWN TV subscription.

Subscription instructions will be added when the account system is available.
Get Your GWN TV Credentials

Once your GWN TV account is active, you will receive or have access to the information required to configure your television player.

Exact credential-access instructions will be added when the production account workflow is complete.

Customers have two paths to access their subscription.
Use the GWN TV Player

The GWN TV player is being built specifically for the GWN TV service.

Its design includes:
- integrated programme guide
- recording functionality
- Last Channel Recall
- parental controls
- accessibility considered from the beginning
- GWN TV-specific navigation and integration
Use a Compatible Third-Party Player

Customers who prefer another compatible IPTV player may use one.

GWN TV does not require customers to use the GWN TV player simply to access their subscription.

Specific player instructions will be added as they are tested and documented.
Configure Your Player

Your GWN TV account provides the information your player needs to access the service.

The exact setup screens differ between players, so GWN TV will provide written and video instructions for supported configuration methods.

Load Your Channels and Guide

After configuration, your player will load the GWN TV channel lineup and programme guide.

The programme guide may take a little time to populate depending on the player being used.

Player-specific refresh instructions will be provided in the detailed guides.
